WHAT IS ACTIVE RELEASE TECHNIQUES?

Active Release Techniques (ART) is a patented, hands-on, soft tissue treatment that locates and breaks down the scar tissue and adhesions, which cause pain, stiffness, weakness, numbness, and physical dysfunction.
